Sully has been a friend, mentor and recovery coach of mine for over 4 years now. He has helped me become a better person, father, husband, and friend through his guidance and wisdom. I know Sully has helped several others become more mindful, selfless, and take ownership of their roles and responsibilities in life. I can call or text him at anytime of the day and he will respond as he cares deeply about the people who come into his life as friends or to get sober.

Sully will continue to be someone I and others can lean on everyday as it is his passion to help others have a better life. I have used Sully twice in the last two job opportunities as a reference and know that if not for him, I would not have been hired for either coaching position. I am incredibly grateful that he has helped me become the Head Coach of the Boston Bruins after being fired 4 years ago.

I met Michael Sullivan "Sully" over 10 years ago through a mutual friend who thought we would "get along". Get along we have. We lived a couple of blocks away from each other for several years and over the years we have both grown. Sully has been like a brother to me. (I think a lot of people say that about Sully). He has been a big part of my life through the years and I know I can always count on Sully to show up! It's one of the best traits he has. Sully has had his share of heartache and loss and he uses that and other skills to relate with others. He cares deeply for humans. I've watched as he has taken his God given talent of connecting with humans and combined it with some education and created something very special for himself. I couldn't be more proud of Sully's intentions and drive to make them happen.

Michael Sullivan substantially contributed to saving my life during my fourth and fifth attempts to achieve sobriety. What I’m eternally grateful to Sully for, aside from his endless warmth, humanity, kindness and humor, is his sheer tenacity in not giving up on me, no matter how much I kicked and screamed in those early days. He believes in the redemptive potential of every soul he encounters and he brings with him to those encounters an impressive and expert command of not only the tenets of recovery, but of the human condition itself.

Michael Sullivan and I have known each other for over 14 years. Since day one, “Sully” has been there for me through thick and thin. Early in my sobriety I was extremely anxious, and white knuckling things as they say. After working with Sully, my condition began to shift. I felt connected again, and also began to make self realizations just based on his ability to listen and provide guidance and feedback without any judgement. Over the years he’s been there for me not only in times of hardship and struggle, but times of joy and celebration. His influence on my sobriety, and my life in general has been invaluable.
